Casually chatting in a Tucson coffee shop on a fine sunny afternoon, I overheard a group of university students sitting on the bench across from me. They were planning an end-of-semester getaway. It became clear as they were discussing flight deals, that their adventurous hearts were setting course for Melbourne, Florida.
